VP of Revenue Featured on Podcast

Here at Earthlight, one of our biggest strengths is our team, which is why we are honored to have our very own Mike Maiscalco featured on a podcast about leaders in business. Mike discusses his career and expertise in the 38th episode of The Entrepreneurs’ Guild.

Mike Maiscalco started at Earthlight in April of 2018. Mike knew Sam Schneider from as far back as 2009 when he was working for another business in town, and Earthlight had just started. “When I met with Tim & Sam in 2018 regarding coming on board, I was stunned by the growth and success they achieved and wanted to be part of the growing team to provide a positive impact”, Mike recalls. Mike joined Earthlight in finance and accounting as the Chief Financial Officer. As his career at Earthlight progressed, he become entwined in most aspects of the business, including Residential Solar, Commercial Solar and Energy Efficiency sales and operations, as well as the overall strategic planning and leadership for Earthlight.

Mike was our 50th team member and now helps oversee over 100 employees as our Vice President of Revenue. “I really enjoy working at Earthlight because of the great people; they are some of the most talented people in the industry and I feel a real sense of team and collaboration on a daily basis”.
