EV Charger Incentives

Federal funded plans to implement Electric Vehicle infrastructure, including 500,000 chargers along America’s highways and in our communities.

Electric Vehicles are projected to make up at least 50% of all new car sales by 2030.  

EV Sales have tripled over the past two years and the number of available charging ports on the road have increased by 40%.  

CT has special rates for separately metered EV Chargers that cancels demand charges on your monthly bill. 

ITC Federal tax credits for EV installation can amount for a return of up to 30% of the total cost of your project (up to $100,000).

Earthlight is well versed in the CT and MA Incentive programs associated with EV Installations. Eversource and UI in CT offer up to $150,000 for Non-Environmental Justice Communities and up to $250,000 for EJC’s.
